Calgary Boat and Sportsmen Show

The doors opened at the show today and things look great. Be sure to stop by the seminar area and say hi.

Just got back from the SCI Convention and it was awesome as always. Spent some time with the guys from SCI Canada and the Northern Alberta Chapter and had a blast. This is one of those shows you really have to check out. Now we start setting up for the Calgary Boat and Sportsmen Show.

Day 1 at SCI

What an incredible show as always. The taxidermy displays are the best I've ever seen and we ran in to a ton of old friends. I was hoping to post some pictures but we just got back from dinner with Gerald and Sue Telford, our outfitters for our upcoming New Zealand hunt and it's time for bed. We are joining the Northern Alberta Chapter at their hospitality suite tomorrow night and the SCI Canada on Friday night. It's a busy show!

SCI Convention

Doors open on the SCI Convention in Reno tomorrow. This is the most incredible hunting show you'll ever see. I can't wait! Hope to see some of you there.

What a great hunt!

What an amazing few days...well other than the drive home. Got stopped by an avalanche an hour out of Radium and had to circle back around through Crowsnest pass to get home....it was a long night..lol

We managed to get 6 cougars to the tree but 5 were females and one was a juvenile tom so we never did come home with a cougar but just around lunch time yesterday, we cut a big bobcat track and despite it being fairly "cold", Rebel was able to work the track out and run the big fat cat to a tree. Definitely a unique trophy. Can't wait to go back!
