Wow, what a brutally hot afternoon. It was well above 30 degrees. We walked for several hours in the heavy cover but game was scarce. We passed up a decent stag early in the afternoon and other than that we only saw a few fallow deer. Hopefully tomorrow is a bit cooler! I've eaten flan for desert for three days in a row now so life is good!
